We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Data & AI initiatives to help shape and drive intelligent solutions within complex operational environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology—translating operational challenges into scalable, data-driven products with real impact.
About the role
* Partner closely with business, operations, and technical teams to identify opportunities where data and AI can create measurable value.
* Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and functional specifications for AI/data products.
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions focused on data-driven transformation initiatives.
* Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
* Support roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and delivery planning for AI and analytics initiatives.
* Help define KPIs, data requirements, and success metrics for AI-enabled solutions.
* Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned across different business areas.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile, product-oriented environments.
* Strong exposure to Data, Analytics, AI, or Machine Learning initiatives.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
* Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience defining requirements for dashboards, reporting, predictive models, or AI-enabled products is highly valued.
* Familiarity with data concepts such as KPIs, data flows, APIs, or cloud data platforms is a plus.
* Proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to deliver value in evolving environments.
Location: Hybrid Model – Barcelona
Travel: Availability to travel across Europe, including London.
