We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our
Technical Compliance department
and support the implementation of new features, integrations, and platform improvements in coordination with legal, technical and product teams.

Role Overview
You will work closely with IT, Legal, Product team and external providers to help ensure that new features, integrations, and platform changes comply with regulatory requirements and are implemented on time.
The role combines project coordination, QA validation, technical compliance, and operational follow-up in an international and highly regulated environment.
This position is idóneo for someone with:
project management experience,
QA or product operations experience,
or an IT/business background with strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Technical Compliance in ensuring the gambling platform complies with relevant standards and that regulatory changes are integrated into the project lifecycle.
Provide effective communication: the project coordinator must communicate requirements clearly and concisely. They must set priorities across teams to ensure project goals are met on time.
Help ensure that platform changes are properly implemented and documented.
Write clear and detailed user stories and requirements for the IT team: create and maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases.
Review and approve the work done by the development team: perform QA validation and functional testing of new developments.
Follow up on incidents, technical issues, and project timelines.
Analyse and reconcile data reported to regulators.
Work with certification laboratories on platform integration certification and audit processes in regulated markets.
Work closely with external providers (gaming platform provider, PSPs) and internal teams.
Requirements
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in technical compliance, project management, product coordination or consulting, ideally in iGaming or other highly regulated industries.
Experience in iGaming, fintech, payments or other regulated industries is a plus.
Communication Skills
Fluent in English
Conversational Spanish required.
Knowledge of Portuguese or Russian is a plus.
Skills:
Requirements lifecycle
General understanding of software development and testing processes.
Experience with Jira, QA testing, APIs and Postman is a plus
Analytical Skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Identify and analyse information to solve problems and make logical decisions.
