We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable customer data solutions across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customer data is unified, governed, and activated across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and manage the overall Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data strategy
- Build scalable solutions for identity resolution, segmentation, data harmonisation, and real-time activation
- Work closely with business and technical teams to translate data and customer engagement requirements into technical solutions
- Define integration approaches between Data Cloud and external platforms including CRM, marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and data warehouses
- Lead data modelling, governance, and data quality best practices
- Support activation use cases across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
- Provide technical leadership to developers, engineers, and implementation partners
- Review existing environments and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and usability
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance requirements including GDPR and CCPA
- Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Salesforce architecture experience with hands-on exposure to Data Cloud
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale customer data and integration solutions
- Strong understanding of data modelling, identity resolution, segmentation, and customer data platforms
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, data lakes, and xhfqzwm middleware platforms
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across both technical and business teams
- Salesforce certifications preferred
