Our client is a multinational software company with offices in Germany, France, Japan and Spain (Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid). They develop technological products specialized in the financial and insurance sectors.
We are looking for a Consultant to join the Consulting team in the Madrid office.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies.
* Coordinate small agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area.
* Lead complex business analyses, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor less experienced team members.
* Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as required by the project.
* Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
* Act as a Scrum Master with the option to grow into an Agile Coach role.
* Support B2B sales activities
What do we expect from you?
* At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or banc/assurance, in an international environment.
* Understanding of how insurance companies or banks operate, with familiarity with their key processes and business models.
* Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and execution of IT implementations.
* Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems.
* Ability to ensure the quality of team deliverables by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills.
* Experience in team management and accountability for team results.
* Ability to work in Spain and the European Union full-time.
* University degree (preferably in business, technology, or a related field).
* Very high level of English and Spanish.
