We partner closely with growers around the world to bring clarity and confidence to their operations.With our customer network strengthening in Europe, we are now seeking a skilled contractor to support our berry and produce customers within this region as they adopt and use our advanced forecasting tools.TheForecasting/Account Contractorwill :Be a key interface with our customers, leading discussions, interpreting their needs, and communicate the forecast outcome to the customerReport back to the technical and forecast team's with feedback and questions.Deliver onboarding and facilitate customer setup to completion before forecasting activities can be started.
This will mean close work/hand over from the sales team to business as usual forecasting.Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersAs theprimary point of contact with our customer's, you will lead regular yield forecasting meetings, guide customers through onboarding and setup, and ensure they fully understand how to apply forecast insights to improve their planning and daily decision-making.We're looking for an individual with:Strong agricultural knowledge, ideally in berries, horticulture, or crop managementHigh practical knowledge of everyday technology and new tech trendsBilingual language skills – fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spokenThe ability to explain yield forecasting data in clear, practical, farmer-friendly termsConfidence engaging with farmers via video, phone, email and in-personThis will be remote with travel and we are looking for a person who has excellent organisation, prioritisation skills and can work independentlyIf you're an experienced and proactive agricultural professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and helping growers make smarter, data-driven decisions—and you're interested in versátil contract work supporting innovative digital tools—we'd love to hear from you.Bitwise Agronomy works globally and as such flexibility to be able to accommodate various hours of work across a range of time zones is essential.
