An opportunity for joining the Quality Team at M&L; Final Assembly Line has arisen in Airbus San Pablo (Sevilla). The candidate will be measuring performance as well as identifying, facilitating and implementing improvements in the Production Area. To identify early process variations and to take effective actions by means of root cause analysis to mitigate and resolve any quality issues by supporting a robust PPS method application will also be part of the scope of work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operative monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement. Reach agreements together with Supply Chain regarding containment/correction actions for issues raised in Final Assembly Line / Flight Line.
- Provide visibility to all the organization, building Quality reports such as Quality Status and Performance Dialogue, among others.
- Compile, deliver and explain Non Quality Issues and follow up actions for mitigation and eradication.
- Participate in creating, updating and analyzing KPIs measuring Quality targets and execution, and also participation in the improvement plan and associated actions.
- Support Harmonization and rationalization of Quality processes in all LTA perimeters, FAL and FL.
- Participate, coordinate with performance and improvement department in order to align OES deployment with Quality department, focused on Digital Transformation.
- Perform investigations of quality issues during a productive process.
- Support PPS activity of the MFT, acting as facilitator and moderator.
- Create Balance Scored Cards and Operative Reviews based on KPIs of the area. Elaborate PDCA if a deviation exists.
- Develop strategy on digital IT Tools in Production Quality M&L.;
- Drive non-quality improvement through identification and creation of “Expedientes”.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years in Manufacturing, Engineering.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode; Ability to influence and work in cooperation with other stakeholders within the productive process (manufacturing engineering, production); Be curious – competence to drive Root Cause Analysis exercises.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
- Technical knowledge: SAP (user level), Excel, CAD/3D Tools.
- Valuable / Nice to have: Knowledge about C295 manufacturing process and its related tools.
