As Datamarts Engineer & Developer, you will design and optimize enterprise data models and semantic layers to support robust BI solutions. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data models and KPIs, with report building playing a minor role. You will manage Power BI Premium capacity, implement data governance and security practices, and optimize data processing for performance. This role sits at the intersection of data modeling, analytics, and governance, contributing to scalable data-driven decisions across the organization.

• Design and maintain enterprise data models and semantic layers
• Perform data analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering
• Define and implement KPIs aligned with business objectives
• Develop and optimize Power BI datasets and semantic models
• Manage Power BI Premium Capacity, including: query cost management, workspace administration & governance, security & access control
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance practices
• Optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and DAX measures for performance
• Manage data dependencies, partitioning, and incremental refresh strategies
• Support and collaborate with key users of Power BI / Fabric
• Stay up-to-date with cloud technologies and adapt to evolving tools
Responsabilidades
• Power BI (Advanced): Service administration, governance, complex DAX, xpzdshu time intelligence
• SQL Server / Azure: Advanced T-SQL for data import, transformation, and set-based processing
• Data Modeling: TMDL, Tabular Object Model (TOM), advanced model management
• Performance optimization for T-SQL, Power BI semantic models, and DAX queries
• Data Governance and security best practices
