We are looking for a Junior Export Manager with approximately 3 years of experience to join our commercial team.
The role focuses on developing international business across Europe and Asia, managing B2B relationships and expanding our distribution network in the coffee capsule industry.
You will work closely with the Commercial Director, playing a key role in driving growth by acquiring new medium and small-sized customers and building a solid client base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the company’s presence in international markets (mainly Europe and Asia)
Identify and acquire new B2B clients, focusing on small and medium-sized accounts
Build and manage a strong distribution network
Support and execute the commercial strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Director
Manage customer relationships and ensure long-term partnerships
Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities
Coordinate internally with operations, supply chain, and quality teams
Represent the company in international meetings, trade fairs, and client visits
Qualifications
Strong commercial mindset with a proactive approach
Analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently xpzdshu and in a team
Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time
Around 3 years of experience in export sales / international business
Fluent in English (additional languages are highly valued)
