Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to support our international expansion. As our Business Development Manager, you will be the engine of EdenCore's growth in the AgTech market. Your mission is to secure strategic partnerships and drive adoption of our revolutionary Viewer platform across key agricultural regions.
Responsibilities Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of solutions tailored to customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar strategic growth roles in agriculture, agritech, or farm machinery sectors.
Strong skills in business development, partnership building, lead generation, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in full-cycle sales (lead generation to deal closure) in a B2B technology environment.
Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field.
