We are seeking a highly motivated and very organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the founder of an innovative AI startup.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel for the founder.
- Maintain a presentable appearance and demeanour at all times, representing the founder's professional image.
- Assist the founder with both private matters and professional/business matters, including diligent note-taking during meetings and discussions.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Be readily available and responsive to the founder's needs, understanding that the nature of a startup may require support outside of traditional business hours.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Company car is provided.
- Excellent attitude, proactivity, and ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in the English and Spanish language (oral and written).
- Strong ability to take accurate and concise notes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
