Associate Channel Account Manager (aCAM)

Responsibilities
* Foster new footprint opportunities, upselling, and cross‑selling in SMB and Mid‑Market accounts.
* Manage tactical transactions.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CAD sellers, partner technical managers, PSRs, segment sellers, etc.) to ensure smooth management of these transactions.
* Work with partners to create campaigns for pipeline generation.
* Conduct opportunity reviews to assess potential deals and develop action plans.
* Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
Qualifications
* Excellent sales presentation and communication skills.
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand and navigate complex product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.
* 2–3 years of relevant BDR/SDR experience.
* 1–3 years of sales quota‑carrying experience in a B2B environment.
* Familiarity with the dynamics of the product development and discrete manufacturing industry.
* Fluent level of English and Italian (mandatory).
* Proven track record in software sales.
