The Role:
You will lead end‑to‑end design for our native mobile app, driving intuitive, conversion‑focused experiences that resonate globally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conceiving and conducting user research; translating insights into high‑fidelity wireframes, mock‑ups, and prototypes.
* Leading design strategy and vision for luxury, seamless experiences across 40+ markets.
* Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to ensure technical feasibility and brand consistency.
* Advocating for design within the organization, influencing product strategy and aligning with business goals.
* Conducting usability testing, A/B experiments, and championing a robust design system.
* Mentoring junior and mid‑level designers, fostering continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 8 years of digital product design experience, especially native iOS and Android apps.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic impact, design leadership, and aesthetic excellence.
* Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile‑first approaches.
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience with Agile environments, Jira, Confluence.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Expertise in iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, accessibility standards.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
* Visual storytelling and strategy across global markets.
* Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury Brand sectors.
* Front‑end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and native app coding languages.
* Motion design, animation, and video editing skills.
