Privilege Style is recruiting a Cabin Crew member based in Madrid. The role requires enthusiasm, flexibility, and a genuine love for helping others.
What You Will Bring

Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Completed high school, FP1, or equivalent.
- Valid European Union passport and work permit for Spain; Spanish DNI or NIE.
- Resident of Madrid or willing to relocate.
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew certificate. If experienced, must have flown with an EASA airline within the last five years. If new, certificate issued after June2021.
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew medical certificate.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent customer‑service attitude: patience, kindness, genuine care for passengers.
- Yellow fever vaccination required; must be obtained before operating flights.
- Available for in‑person interview and ready for training in June2026.
Training and Onboarding
Training commences in June2026. Candidates must attend in‑person interviews prior to training and be ready to start the program.
