Main responsibilities :

1. Gain in-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
2. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact with potential buyers to completion and post-completion of sales deals.
3. Offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
4. Organize and prepare agents for viewings and collaborate with international agents to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
5. Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results, and monitor activity and sales efficiency.
6. Ensure all business goals and targets are met regularly: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
7. Manage team members, mentoring, training, and coaching agents to develop individually and achieve positive results.
8. Maintain high levels of customer service and represent the brand effectively.
9. Assist agents during the sales process and actively resolve any complications with creative sales and closing solutions.
10. Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
11. Assist in recruiting commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve the hiring process.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in real estate is a plus, with specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and international clients.
* Experience managing a team.
* Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
* Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and driven to achieve top results.
* Results-oriented, financially motivated, and capable of working in an international team.
* Proactive with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
* Exceptional customer service skills, experienced in working with demanding clients.
