Position overview:
This position will be part of the Energy Management team, collaborating in the development of the offer strategy in the different markets, development of optimization models and settlement management.
Functions:
- Collaborate in the development of demand forecasting models.
- Desing Power market operation strategy to maximize the portfolio value.
- Analysis of new market opportunities and tool development to leverage these opportunities.
- Calculation, validation, invoicing and payments of OMIE, REE, bilateral and derivatives settlements and guarantees.
- Responsible for ensuring the level of collateral required for trading in the different markets.
- Counterparty portfolio management, preparation and follow-up of contracts with counterparties (NDAs, EFET, ISDA, etc.)
- REMIT and EMIR reporting.
Qualification:
- University degree, preferably Engineer or ADE
Profile:
- At least 3 years' experience operating organized power markets.
- Highly organised, analytical person with great attention to detail.
- High degree of responsibility and decision making, teamwork, communication skills.
- High level of MS Office.
- Python
- Power BI
- Previous experience in the development and improvement of market processes, programming languages and knowledge of trading, marketing and risk management will be an asset. xhfqzwm
