Overview (fluent Ukrainian) Digital Marketing Manager (Spain)
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness on the online vendor marketplaces.
What you will do Manage and optimize the website by improving UX and conversions through A/B testing, content updates, and lead magnets;
Develop and manage execution of a content strategy including articles, case studies, podcasts, and other related initiatives;
Analyze performance data using GA4 and Clarity to enhance user engagement, increase retention, and guide marketing decisions;
Coordinate digital projects by collaborating with content, SEO, design, and development teams to achieve shared objectives;
Drive lead generation and conversion rate optimization by implementing strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads;
Oversee marketing performance by tracking key KPIs, assessing campaign effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments;
What you need to succeed in this role 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including work with websites, content, and customer acquisition, with 1 year in a managing position;
Strong analytical skills: proficiency in GA4 (or GA), Microsoft Clarity, and marketing/user behavior analytics tools;
Experience working with international markets (especially English-speaking: USA, EU) — a big plus, especially in digital/B2B;
Budgeting and planning skills, sprint setting, and cost control;
English — B2+ (for working with analytics, platforms, content, and international audiences).
Will be a great plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Experience with using referral platforms/vendor marketplaces (e.g. Clutch, G2, Gartner) for lead generation;
Experience with Looker Studio and Meta Pixel;
Business correspondence skills.
