The role
As the right hand of the Head of Expansion Strategy & Partnerships, your role will be multidisciplinary by nature and have a marked focus on business development and growth. MRR is king for us, so you will be doing whatever is required next to enable and unlock international, partner-driven MRR growth, including:
* Coming up with and supporting implementation of market-entry strategies across international markets.
* Supporting Partnership Development Managers drive growth within their Partner bases, from crafting sales enablement and support materials to helping them prepare Quarterly Business Reviews for their Partners.
* Designing and implementing AI-powered scalable processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* Setting up and maintaining best-in-class tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor the expansion and help make data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate for us
* Finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
* 1-3 year work experience in Strategy Consulting/Investment Banking/Startup/VC.
* Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
* Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
* Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
* Native or highly fluent in English, with other languages a plus.
