Responsibilities
Conducts initial outreach to candidates, informing them of the available opportunities and assessing their interest for short-term and long-term operational job opportunities.
Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates that meet the job qualifications and company culture fit for the available operational roles.
Conducts thorough initial screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
Reaches out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn messages, and direct face-to-face interaction to discuss potential job opportunities, especially for short-term assignment.
Conducts regular market analysis on contingent workers and operational roles staffing to stay informed on candidate availability, salary trends, and industry hiring practices.
Participates in recruitment-related special projects, such as internship programs or job fairs for talents in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
Addresses issues that arise during the recruitment process and supports the actions for improvement.
Qualifications
Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
Performs assignments using existing procedures.
Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
