Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives
* Lead and develop international sourcing initiatives across diverse markets
* Optimize supplier selection, negotiation processes, and contract management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key global suppliers and partners
* Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality and operational efficiency
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and senior leadership teams
* Drive digital transformation and process improvement within procurement
Requirements
* Proven track record as a Procurement Director or similar senior role in an international environment xbhjioe
* Strong experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries (road freight is a plus)
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
* Experience managing multicultural teams and working across geographies
* High level of English (additional languages are a plus)
