Amazon.com.br is looking for a customer-obsessed, detail oriented and independent Marketing Manager to lead onsite experiences for promotional events, supporting deals discoverability, automation and building long-term engagement initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Own promotional events onsite experience from end to end
- Define how customers will discover events and deals on Amazon.com.br website
- Master in site merchandising, driving experimentation and innovation
- Build creative briefs, content plan, UX wireframes and partner with Content & Design teams
- Drive automation initiatives for on site merchandising in partnership with general teams
- Partner with marketing teams to drive long-term customer engagement initiatives
- Closely track and report campaign engagement metrics
Basic Qualifications
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
- Experience in online retail/B2C marketing
