**Key Responsibilities**:
- Register orders in SAP
- Track orders in production and logistics in local systems: delivery times, quality control, shipments to customers
- Perform billing and risk control activities
- Prepare documentation, including letters of credit and bank guarantees
- Maintain constant communication with the production/planning and carrier/logistics departments
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle pressure
- Experience with SAP, particularly the SD module
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Proficiency in English at a B2/C1 level; knowledge of French, spoken and written, is a plus
