Your day-to-day responsibilities
* Design and development of control software for wind turbines.
* Definition and design of the Wind Turbine Operational Safety System and Operational Control System.
* Development of mathematical control algorithms focused on performance improvement, load reduction, and increased power capture.
* Tuning and validation of Control System parameters.
* Implementation of advanced controllers, including Model Predictive Control (MPC), robust control strategies, system identification, and machine learning techniques.
* Embedded programming and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.
* Use of aeroelastic wind turbine analysis tools such as Flex5 and Bladed.

We are looking for
* Engineers with a background in Control Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar fields.
* 5–10 years of experience in dynamic systems control and renewable energy.
* Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, advanced control, and aeroelastic modeling.
* Strong analytical skills, teamwork mindset, and innovative thinking.
* C1 level of English.
