What are we looking for?
* 8+ years in Java backend enginee ring, includ ing 3+ years hands-on with reactive program m ing (e.g., Vert.x / RxJava / Reactor/AK KA) delivering non-blocking services in production.
* Bu ild high-throughput, low-latency APIs with a pragmatic approach to performance, clean design, and real-world trade-offs.
* Design and deve lop cloud-native microservices in Java, focusing on scalability, resilience, and maintainability (API-first mindset).
* Proven experience on Azure or AWS, building and running services in modern cloud environments (managed services, networking, security basics).
* Own API contr acts (REST/OpenAPI): versioning, backward compatibility, and smooth integrations across teams and systems.
* Deliver with confidence us ing C I/CD and engineering best practices (code reviews, quality gates, automated testing, standards).
* Act a s a senior technical refer ence: collaborate with product/stakeholders, mentor teammates, and support production with incident handling + root-cause improvements .
