The Role
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll help turn business challenges into working AI systems.
You'll work directly with the founding team to design, build, and deploy AI agents, automation workflows, and operational solutions for both clients and AION itself.
This role combines implementation, technical project management, solution architecture, and technical pre-sales.
Core Responsibilities
Build conversational agents and automation workflows for clients across WhatsApp, web platforms, and internal business systems
Review technical proposals and solution designs to assess feasibility before they reach clients
Act as technical project manager across active projects, coordinating delivery, timelines, stakeholders, and execution
Develop and maintain AION's internal AI agents supporting marketing, strategy, sales, and operations
Work closely with the founding team on the technical definition of proposals, scopes, and quotations
Ensure technical quality, operational effectiveness, and successful project delivery

What We Require
Required:
Hands-on experience with LLM platforms
Experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n, or similar
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations
Ability to own implementations end-to-end, from technical definition through deployment
Preferred:
Python
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Advanced prompting and agent design
Fine-tuning and evaluation methodologies
