Pstrong ARCHITECT EXPERT IN ENGINEERING COORDINATION /strong /ppstrong(10 years exp) – International projects /strong /p p Bofill Arquitectura is looking for a Senior Design Coordination Architect to join our international architecture team in Barcelona. Bofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. /p p We are seeking a highly experienced architect specialized in design management, multidisciplinary coordination and integration of engineering systems within complex architectural projects. /p p The position is focused on major international projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), while the role will be based in our Barcelona office. /p pstrong Key Responsibilities: /strong /pp• Lead the coordination and integration of engineering disciplines within architectural projects across all design phases. /pp• Review and assess engineering proposals to ensure alignment with architectural intent, spatial quality and project objectives. /pp• Identify design conflicts, technical inconsistencies and engineering solutions that may negatively impact architecture, functionality, construction or user experience. /pp• Analyze the efficiency and optimization of engineering layouts and technical systems in relation to architectural design. /pp• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, vertical transportation, fire life safety and specialist consultants. /pp• Participate in multidisciplinary workshops, technical reviews and coordination meetings. /pp• Ensure consistency between architecture, engineering and BIM deliverables. /pp• Support design teams in resolving complex technical and coordination challenges. /pp• Monitor project interfaces, design risks and coordination priorities across disciplines. /pp• Contribute to quality control and technical review processes during project development. /p pstrong Profile: /strong /pp• Architect with minimum 10 years of professional experience /pp• Strong experience in multidisciplinary design coordination on large international projects /pp• Proven experience integrating engineering systems within complex architectural developments /pp• Strong technical understanding of MEP, structural and building systems coordination /pp• Ability to identify engineering design issues and assess their impact on architecture and project delivery /pp• Strong understanding of spatial coordination, technical detailing and constructability /pp• Experience working with international consultants, PMCMs and multidisciplinary teams /pp• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills /pp• Ability to organize workflows, prioritize coordination tasks and manage technical reviews /pp• Experience with BIM coordination environments and multidisciplinary model review processes /pp• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and coordination workflows is valued /pp• High level of English required /p p Please send your updated CV and portfolio (preferably in low-resolution PDF format) to for review.
