ERNI is searching for a Business Developer to help us expand our integral software delivery platform into new markets. Since our foundation in Switzerland in 1994, we have delivered software projects for clients worldwide, combining Swiss precision with local customization.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in sales within an IT service or software engineering company, preferably in the UK, Denmark, BENELUX, Germany or Switzerland.
- Native or C2 level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Native or C2 level proficiency in German.
- Ideally, experience in the Med‑Tech and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Located in Valencia or willing to relocate.
What You’ll Do
- Research and lead generation within defined markets.
- Perform cold calling and send emails to potential clients, including follow‑up communications.
- Generate meetings with prospective clients to discuss opportunities.
- Develop tailored plans for new customers, presenting relevant services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Analyze target markets and create strategies for effective market penetration.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team to run targeted campaigns.
- Act as a liaison officer by attending industry events and conferences, staying informed about current market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality service.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
