As a Workday Engagement Manager / Functional Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Workday solutions by working closely with our customers' business teams and leading the DXC delivery teams.You will help our customers leverage Workday technology to enhance Human Resources Management and contribute to their digital transformation.**_Responsibilities: _**- Customer focus: provide functional insights and thought leadership, understand requirements, manage expectations and deliver on time, with quality and within budget, achieve high customer satisfaction and business outcomes.- Delivery focus: manage all aspects of delivery, including planning, resourcing, budget control, scope management, change management, deliverables and quality management, service level management. Lead multiple teams as an architect or an orchestrator.
