Growth Lead role at Zinco AI. Zinco AI is building the back-office of the future for millions of small businesses: accounting, taxes, payroll, financing — all powered by AI and a team of advisors.
As Zinco’s first Growth Lead, your mission is to design and execute the playbook that fuels our next stage of growth. You’ll combine positioning, data-driven experimentation, and operational rigor to drive revenue across multiple levers including outbound sales, partnerships, content, product-led loops, and lifecycle marketing. This role is part strategist, part operator, part experimenter, hands-on in building the systems, channels, and partnerships that help Zinco scale while ensuring a robust foundation for compounding growth.
What you’ll do
* Build & Scale Growth Channels
o Design, test, and scale outbound: from domain setup, sequences, and targeting to pipeline creation.
o Develop partnerships with banks, law firms, notaries, payroll platforms, SaaS tools, and advisors as distribution multipliers.
o Build Zinco’s content + founder-led POV presence (LinkedIn, monthly drops, insights from real client workflows).
o Explore and validate paid acquisition channels once organic/partner motions show traction.
* Make Revenue Data Work
o Define KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
o Build dashboards to measure channel ROI, funnel conversion, and payback periods.
o Use cohort analysis to identify the best client segments to double down on.
* Architect the Growth Engine
o Map, document, and optimize the funnel from lead capture to onboarding.
o Automate wherever possible: enrichment, qualification, lead routing, reporting.
o Ensure Marketing, Sales, and Product work off a single source of truth.
* Drive Commercial Strategy
o Refine Zinco’s positioning vs. SaaS-only tools and legacy advisors.
o Standardize pricing/packaging across segments.
o Support founders in shaping new service vertical launches (tax, payroll, advisory).
Minimum requirements
* Who you are
* Builder: you’ve set up growth engines in early-stage, fast-moving companies (ideally pre-Series A/B).
* Experimenter: you’re comfortable launching 0→1 outbound campaigns, testing new channels, and iterating quickly.
* Operator: you know how to connect strategy → systems → execution (CRM, email infra, data pipelines).
* Commercial Mindset: you think in terms of pipeline, CAC/LTV, and compounding revenue streams.
* Hands-on: you can write copy for outbound, debug CRM workflows, and build dashboards yourself.
* Bonus: experience in B2B services, vertical SaaS, or tech-enabled services rollups.
