Your Missions
In your role as a General Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments and interventions to our clients. You will use our proprietary software, Softy, to analyze and support the selection process, ensuring that we match the right candidates with the right opportunities. Your missions will include conducting interviews, administering psychological tests, and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. You will also collaborate with our team to develop and implement training programs aimed at enhancing our clients' psychological well-being and professional development. Your expertise in psychological assessment and your ability to use technology effectively will be key to your success in this role.

Profil recherché
- Indispensable Licenciatura/Grado universitario en Psicología finalizado y homologado en caso de haber sido cursado en universidad extranjera. No serán valoradas candidaturas que no cumplan este requisito.
- Máster en Psicología General Sanitaria o certificado habilitante.
- Imprescindible colegiación y Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil en vigor.
- Experiencia previa de 1 año realizando funciones similares.
- Gusto e interés por el trabajo en equipo de forma comunicativa y empática. Motivación por realizar las funciones inherentes a la profesión con objetivos de excelencia y calidad de trato al usuario.
