**Technical Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll**:

You will have the opportunity to work closely with HR and IT experts leading the change towards global processes and systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for technical and functional discussions for SAP Employee Central Payroll and related topics in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- With your expertise, you will optimize the HR and IT operational processes and technical landscape.
- You will actively drive the alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for EC Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- You will be responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- As Technical Consultant you will also take on project manager responsibilities for both local and integral projects with cross-team and cross-group technical and/or organizational complexity (e.g., global solution rollout).
- You will support organizational goals by participating in or leading project teams and delivers assigned tasks and activities in accordance with project planning.
***Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable science degree;
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll in a similar role
- Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, specifically, in HR processes for Payroll and Time
- Understanding of integration technologies within the SAP eco-system and platforms
- Fluent English
