What we are looking to hire:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric Associate Partner - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances based in Barcelona / Germany to strengthen our relationships with key post-sales customers and strategic partners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
Manage post-sales customer relationships as the primary point of contact
Ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption
Conduct regular customer review meetings and capture feedback
Monitor customer health scores and address risk indicators
Develop retention plans to prevent churn
Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Work closely with Sales to drive account expansion
Strengthen relationships with strategic partners and alliance stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing) to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate account records, customer insights, and growth pipelines
Provide periodic reports on customer status, risks, and revenue opportunities

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Alliances
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Experience analyzing customer data and usage trends
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools.
Support customers during onboarding by assisting with setup and basic implementation tasks.
Work with internal teams to ensure the onboarding steps are completed smoothly and on time.
