As a

Brand Marketing Manager for Dairy, you will be directly responsible for leading our agenda in terms of building a superior portfolio, improving our mental availability and ensuring excellence in execution in stores.

What will be your challenges?

Be responsible for brand strategy.

You will design brand architecture, innovation, best in class packaging & communication campaigns, rooted on strong consumer insights and executed with excellence and attention to detail.

You will ensure brand management through market analysis, deep consumer and shopper understanding.

You will define and implement the brand marketing plan to reach sales & profits goals, analysis of results and budget management, ensuring a constant collaboration & networking with internal and external partners.

About you For you to succeed in this position, you must be a proactive person, goal-oriented, with leadership skills and used to working with multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for someone willing to take on new challenges and with the responsibility of leading a good work team.

We believe that it is positive to have:

Higher education in Business/Marketing/Economics or similar, as well as previous experience between 8-10 years in FMCG environment and a high level of English.

Strong experience on portfolio projects management, from define phase to execution.

Ideally previous experience on different areas: shopper & trade background, business/P&L; Management and portfolio management.

Skills: Leadership & Influence: Leading teams and external partners.

Strategic Thinking: Translating consumer insights into brand strategies.

Collaboration & Negotiation: Building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Decision-Making: Owning brand strategy and making critical decisions
