Sinews Multilingual Therapy Institute is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (with full English and Spanish competency). For immediate incorporation. (10 days).

Sinews MTI is a mental health center that offers psychiatry, psychology, speech therapy and coaching services in different languages, rendering services to international clients and expat community, among others.
Position is 37.5 hours/week.(Full-time) is Mondays and Tuesdays 14:30-21:30, and 8:00 to 15:00 Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and one Saturday per month 8:00 to 15:00.
Salary: 1672€

Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral), with substantial professional experience in both languages.
Experience in reception & multi-tasking preferred.
Highly organised and attention to detail skills valued.
Tasks include:
- Assisting clients in person, over the phone and email regarding appointments, charges, invoices and other information.
- Managing agendas of around 30 professionals.
- - Administrative tasks (records on Excel, Word Documents, etc).
