DXC Technology is seeking a Consultative AI Sales Professional with a strong focus on growth and the development of new opportunities across the AI landscape. This role helps clients advance their transformation journey by identifying needs, shaping solution approaches, and positioning DXC’s capabilities in AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI. The successful candidate will leverage the full breadth of DXC’s technical expertise, delivery capabilities and industry knowledge to build credible, value‑driven conversations with clients.
Opportunity Development and Growth
Identify and qualify new opportunities within the market and across existing accounts to expand DXC’s presence.
Explore potential areas for collaboration through a consultative approach centred on understanding client priorities, challenges, and future objectives.
Lead the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to proposal and contract closure, ensuring strong alignment with internal delivery and solution teams.
Position DXC’s AI capabilities as enablers of measurable business outcomes and scalable transformation.
Client Engagement and Value Positioning
Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders at multiple levels.
Translate market insights, industry trends and client‑specific context into structured, value‑oriented conversations.
Tailor solution propositions and use cases to the maturity, needs and strategic direction of each client, working closely with technical experts across DXC.
Collaborate with delivery, architecture and pricing teams to create differentiated and competitive proposals.
Commercial Management
Maintain an accurate and well‑structured pipeline with clear opportunity progression.
Provide consistent forecasting and transparent reporting to support predictable sales performance.
Ensure disciplined management of the sales process in line with commercial objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience in consultative selling of IT services, SaaS or complex technology solutions.
Profiles with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in business development or growth‑oriented roles are valued.
Strong understanding of AI, ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts (no coding required).
Excellent communication, negotiation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage pipelines, forecasts and performance against commercial targets.
