Role and location
We are looking for a Junior QA in Spain. You will join our team of developers and testers with diverse expertise in a creative and international environment. The team is a multinational engineering organization focused on people and our product. We work hard and are building an excellent place to work.
Responsibilities
* Work in an Agile environment as part of the QA department and take responsibility for ensuring the stability, functionality, quality and performance of Crisalix products using QA tools.
* Identify and resolve issues to contribute to an exceptional user experience.
* Perform regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability.
* Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identify defects, and suggest improvements.
* Test across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
* Report issues and bugs in Jira with clear documentation and verify resolutions.
* Participate in daily QA team meetings and support tickets from users and internal teams.
* Collaborate with QA, development and business teams to ensure thorough testing.
* Research and utilize testing tools to improve automation and performance.
* Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
* Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
* Knowledge of test management tools and ability to write clear test plans, test cases and bug reports.
* Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
* Strong enthusiasm for new technologies, problem-solving mindset, patience and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
* Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes is valued.
* Exposure to testing frameworks (e.G., Selenium, Cypress) and familiarity with test automation tools.
* Interest or knowledge of AI is a plus.
