About the job: Located in Zaragoza, the purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient material management process in the Motion Division. This involves confirming delivery dates and continuously tracking orders and order status. Appropriate actions will be taken to secure delivery dates with key partners and resolve any resulting problems.
Functions
* Manage the material management processes within the order management, ensuring efficient performance.
* Monitor the order status regularly and provide updates to the business.
* Receive, track and validate orders and confirm delivery dates.
* Take actions to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner.
* Liaise with stakeholders and departments on a regular basis to resolve queries.
What we ask for
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, or a technical discipline such as operations management or supply chain management.
* Advanced Excel functionality.
* Advanced English and Spanish (strongly required).
