The Associate Channel Account Manager (aCAM) is a quota‐carrying role responsible for driving business growth in the DACH region.
The aCAM collaborates with cross‐functional teams such as CAD sellers, partner technical managers, Partner Sales Representatives (PSRs), and segment sellers to manage tactical transactions and serves as the hub of a channel "pod" model. This model facilitates collaboration among regional Channel Account Managers, Inside Sales, Marketing, segment sales, operations, and technical sales to develop and execute region‐specific strategies.
Responsibilities Work with Partners to create campaigns for pipeline generation.
Conduct opportunity reviews to assess potential deals and develop action plans.
Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
Skills and Experience Excellent sales presentation and communication skills.
Strong relationship‐building and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and navigate complex product development and discrete manufacturing business operations.
2‐3 years of relevant BDR/SDR experience.
1‐3 years of sales quota‐carrying experience in a B2B environment (desirable).
Familiarity with the dynamics of the product development and discrete manufacturing industry (desirable).
Fluent level of English and German is mandatory.
Proven track record in software sales.
