Key Responsibilities
* Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Reporting & Insights solution within the Foundations tower.
* Define and prioritize reporting capabilities, operational dashboards, real‑time monitoring views and analytical use cases.
* Translate business and operational needs into functional definitions, user stories and requirements.
* Collaborate with country programs to understand operational needs, identify reusable global capabilities, and evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities.
* Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and stakeholder management.
* Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira.
Mandatory Requirements
* Proven experience in product ownership, functional analysis and reporting and analytics solutions.
* Strong understanding of operational KPIs, reporting frameworks and omnichannel customer service environments.
* Experience translating business requirements into product backlog items.
* Experience working with BI and analytics teams in Agile delivery environments.
* Drive functional alignment across stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and business‑oriented mindset.
* Ability to understand operational processes, identify analytical opportunities and translate them into business insights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a complex and cross‑functional environment.
* Strong prioritization and roadmap management capabilities.
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and global versus local demands.
* Strong documentation and functional definition skills.
* Ability to work in general and multi‑country product organizations.
* English proficiency.
