What are the Key Accountabilities?
* Implement a Global Quality Management System in compliance ISO 13485, GDP and GMP requirements
* Ensure compliance with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* To manage and implement Quality Assurance/Control and regulatory programs and initiatives in support of the company's business growth
* Act as point of contact for customer in regards quality-related topics, cooperate with regional / in country stakeholders
* Deploy and advise on relevant regulatory and customer requirements including new business opportunities and renewals
* Partner with business development teams for the growth strategy in sub-sectors such as medical devices
* Ensure suppliers are validated and approved
* Support the business in the effective resolution of customer complaints, assist in root cause analysis investigation and identification of robust corrective action
* Monitor customer complaints in order to identify trends/areas for improvement
* Ensure deviation and change management process are in place and maintained
* Co-ordinate and perform any recall operation, in conjunction with customer
* Liaise with customer on the disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products
* Ensure internal audits, self-inspections are performed and corrective actions put in place
* 'Lead Auditor' duties including conducting internal and external audits on behalf of the business and the customer in relation to GDP/GMP/ISO standard
* Drive Quality performance reviews and improvement, incl. management review
* Ensure quality training programs are implemented and maintained
* Develop Quality Compliance Reporting to create Global visibility and manage compliance
* Deputize for the SL SCS Global Quality and Assurance Manager as required
* Support the Quality and Assurance team on ensuring conformance and compliance to QMS, standard, customer and regulatory requirements
* Build and maintain cross departmental and regional relationships to ensure engagement and adoption of quality ethos and foundations
What are we looking for from you?
We're looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in the Medical Devices sector with proven expertise in Quality Management Systems, GDP and GMP. You will be a Qualified Lead Auditor with prior experience performing internal and external audits; you'll be confident navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Experience in supply chain operations, regulatory assurance, and system validation is highly desirable, along with a Quality Management or a related business discipline qualification.
