**Job Description Summary**: As Strategic Account Management (SAM) you will cultivate and sustain long-term, value-oriented relationships with our strategic customers by using our complete suite of solutions and capabilities. Through SAM, we distinguish ourselves from competitors, enhance customer loyalty, and drive profitable growth.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Select and prioritize accounts, reviewing them annually with relevant internal partners.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive account plan for each strategic account using the SFDC account planning tool.
- Engage proactively and consultatively with your strategic accounts in a value-based manner.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional account team using the Strategic Account Plan, involving all pertinent partners from BD and the customer.
- Review your account selection and prioritization in Q4 of the fiscal year, submitting new account selections before the end of the same fiscal year.
- Develop an account plan for each of your strategic accounts.

**About you**:

- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent
- 5 years experience working in Medical Device industry at C-Suit level with hospitals. Experience in Market Access area would be highly valued.
- Knowledge of the Spanish Health System and its regulations.
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel regularly
