**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Presales Mission Critical Network (MCN) professional to drive and support the Market Area Europe & Latin America (MELA) organization with product and services pre-sales solutions and expertise in the area of MCN (Mission Critical Network).
**What you will do**:
- Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow our business and build strong customer relations
- Implement the strategy in Mission Critical Networks, including portfolio requirements, in cooperation with other units
- Communicate and discuss Ericsson’s MCN strategy, capabilities and MCN solutions with customers
- Act as a MCN presales authority supporting the sales team with your technical expertise for specific deals
- Recommend and Drive techno-commercial value argumentation
- Support the identification and tracking of Mission Critical requirements to be incorporated into the whole Ericsson portfolio
- Support in customer engagements when required
- Work with the other products line’s organizations in the Business Areas
- Work, Collaborate and maintain the relation with the respective Business Area organization
- Develop competence and knowledge sharing in MELA
- Share MCN best methodologies within MELA
- Sound presentation skills and ability to articulate a “MCN Evolution” vision to our customers
**You will bring**:
- Substantial experience working in the field with Customers from presales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent
- Extensive deep knowledge in the MCN area and portfolio
- Strong Business Understanding and Critical Thinking
- Senior capability in leading and inspiring change in large, complex, and cross-functional teams
- Strong cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal communications and networking skills
- Thought Leadership in identifying short
- and long-term priorities to improve the business strategy
- Strong Techno-Commercial approach
The position is hosted in our Presales Team for Networks & Managed Services within MELA (Market Area Europe & LATAM).
