Technical Support & Training Instructor Iberia - Baoli

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd‑line remote support to our distributor network across Spain and Portugal.
* Troubleshoot and repair Baoli forklifts on site when required.
* Assist distributors in navigating product catalogues, identifying parts and placing correct replacement orders.
* Ensure appropriate product support across Iberia and implement continuous improvement actions.
* Gather and assess product feedback, document quality issues, align solutions, and drive field actions.
* Review distributor warranty claims and maintain technical standards in collaboration with manufacturing and partners.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with our network.
* Monitor product support levels, identify improvement opportunities and train internal teams on product support (e.G., diagnostics).
* Prepare and deliver training materials, evaluate needs, and support the rollout of new products and projects.
* Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and provide feedback to suppliers to enhance overall service level.
Training, Knowledge & Experience
Requires a technical or engineering degree (preferably mechanical or electrical) or 4 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in the forklift sector with direct customer contact is required. You should be able to conduct conversations in English and Spanish (both oral and written). Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
