**Overview**
Sales Client Portfolio Management (CPM) responsibilities are growing as governance is implemented to optimise client-related processes and produce client level metrics to oversee our client portfolio, along with new developments of our CRM.
Key responsibilities include
- Coordinate with Sales/Bankers and Delegated Functions to establish an onboarding pipeline.
- Promote the necessary creation, modifications and adjustments of E2E onboarding guidelines for sales.
- Work jointly with FO and BO to improve communication between teams, orchestrate the analysis of common operational errors, promote the establishment of process manuals and troubleshoot information throughout the workflow.
- Establish a data-driven process to identify uncovered clients, use data about a client’s industry, our competitors, and define and execute a commercial strategy to approach them, identify cross-sell opportunities and prioritise prospects to expand our franchise.
- Work on the implementation and use by sales teams of the CRM system.
