Junior Corporate Controller Location: Barcelona
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Corporate Controller to join our Corporate Finance team. Mission: Junior Corporate Controller will help elaborate valuable reports and insights to support strategic decision‑making for Puig management. She/He will be responsible for preparing, developing, and analysing monthly financial reports and will help to create, review, and improve reporting processes while partnering with the different divisions of the company.
Responsibilities
Monthly consolidation of all business units, including P&L analysis other reporting KPIs.
Preparation, development, and analysis of financial presentations to top management.
Assessment of processes and systems to improve financial reporting effectiveness.
Maintain and improve consolidation tool and system (Group Reporting).
Support audit process and respond to audit inquiries.
Ad‑hoc financial analysis and projects, including M&A integration support.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in multinational company in controlling, audit, or financial reporting.
Business degree.
Languages: English & Spanish (French is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proactive, responsible, team player, eye for detail, eager to learn.
Experience in implementation of consolidation/reporting tools and dashboards is a plus.
