Role Responsibilities
* This is a contract-based, remote role for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Estonia.
* Other day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating closely with co-founders to drive innovation, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and identifying market opportunities to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Required Qualifications
* Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate technology trends and guide decision-making.
* Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with co-founders, partners, and technical teams.
* Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles to align technical initiatives with broader business strategies.
* Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving innovation.
* Prior experience in startup environments or tech-driven industries is highly advantageous.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.

* Base: $0K/yr - OTE: $UnlimitedK/yr
* Base: 0% OTE - Variable: 100% OTE
* Fixed pay: No Base salary - Variable pay: Profit sharing + Equity (Common shares)
