brDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for the European market.
brLead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements.
brTrack sales performance, KPIs, and business objectives.
brSupport the development and expansion of the European commercial organization.

brBachelor's degree or higher.
brPreferred fields of study include International Business, Business Administration, International Trade, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction, Water Management, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines.
brMinimum 5 years of experience in international sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
brProven experience within the building materials, piping systems, plumbing, water infrastructure, HVAC, construction products, or related industrial sectors.
brStrong B2B sales and distribution channel management experience.
brExisting network of customers, distributors, or industry contacts within Europe is highly desirable.
brFluent English is mandatory.
brSpanish is a plus.
brFrench, German, or Italian language skills are highly valued.
brStrong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
