Position
Export Manager Junior – International & Co‑Packing Department, Barcelona.
Responsibilities
* Identify, prospect, and open new distributors in Europe and North Africa.
* Manage the end‑to‑end commercial process: contact, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
* Build and maintain an active pipeline with commercial discipline.
* Assist in defining international expansion plans.
* Analyze markets to detect growth opportunities and recommend actions (formats, channels, pricing).
* Monitor orders and coordinate with logistics and back‑office.
* Control results, cost breakdowns, and actively manage the P&L by customer/market.
* Establish strong relationships with key distributors and customers.
* Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and commercial terms.
* Define, execute, and control the market advertising‑and‑promotion budget.
* Co‑create activation plans with distributors.
* Prepare commercial and promotional materials (presentations, sales sheets, logistics data).
* Report weekly KPIs and track objectives with the Area Manager: pipeline, sales volume, invoicing, margins, investment.
