Responsibilities Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Qualifications Proficient or bilingual in Dutch and advanced level of English.
Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.
Windows / MS Office / internet configuration knowledge is a plus.
Benefits Full‐time contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
