What will your mission be?
To lead the strategy, development, and implementation of digital solutions in the industrial sector, with a focus on plant digitalization (Smart Factory) and management of corporate digital applications. You will drive digital transformation through innovative technologies, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead industrial digitalization projects, including deploying Smart Factory solutions, IT/OT integration, and MES system automation.
2. Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements based on Lean methodologies.
3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, operations, production, maintenance).
4. Participate in ERP integration and migration projects, especially SAP.
5. Evaluate new technologies and digital solutions applicable to the industrial environment.
6. Act as Project Manager in digital initiatives, planning, executing, and overseeing continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, Industrial Organization, or similar.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial environments leading digital projects.
3. Experience managing enterprise applications and Smart Factory solutions.
4. Technical knowledge: Understanding of IT/OT architectures, experience in SAP projects or other ERPs, programming knowledge (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus.
5. Experience in Big Data environments, advanced analytics, or AI is a plus.
6. Familiarity with MES, SCADA, and industrial IoT platforms.
7. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools: Microsoft Project, Office 365, Power Automate, Tableau.
8. High-level proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum C1).
