We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with Azure experience who will act as a technical lead for .NET-based applications and Azure cloud environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing L3 incident resolution (third-level support), leading code reviews and enhancement implementations, managing Azure platform operations, and mentoring the support analyst team, fostering technical development and knowledge sharing across the team.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a senior technical lead (L3) for .NET and Azure-based applications.
* Resolve complex incidents and lead root cause analysis, ensuring application stability and performance.
* Lead code reviews, refactoring, and the implementation of enhancements in .NET applications.
* Manage and monitor Azure environments, including App Services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
* Participate in deployments and CI/CD processes, ensuring quality and adherence to development best practices.
* Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure robust and secure environments.
* Mentor the technical support team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* +3 years of .NET/C# application development, maintenance, and L3 support.
* Deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST API development, and legacy .NET Framework application support.
* Strong Azure platform experience: App Services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps.
* Proficiency in reporting technologies: SSRS, Power BI, T-SQL query optimisation.
* Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
* Knowledge of application security practices, OWASP Top 10, and vulnerability remediation.
* Experience in regulated financial services environments preferred.
* ITIL 4 Foundation preferred; Azure Developer or Azure Administrator certification advantageous.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
